Wow it’s almost December! My lab started last week putting up Christmas decorations and we put up the Christmas tree. The seniors and juniors decorated their own ornaments for the tree.
So almost halfway through this school year, and I’ve always been told it happens in a flash. This is true. I feel like I just blinked and we’re almost halfway done. We’ve done so much, but it hasn’t fully hit me yet. I’m getting ready for next Friday to film the video for the BPA (Business Professionals of America) contests, hoping to make it to nationals with it. The video is going to be about “The Dangers of Texting and Driving” and we have a lot of new things my group and I are going to learn in the editing and the effects we can use. My group and I are going to go deeper into the editing to more advance than what we’ve questioned so far on how to do. This video will be very exciting to get done. The video should be very amazing and have some great facts and meaning to it.
So Ohio Hi-Point is a great choice for anyone who might be interested in knowing what it is like with hands-on experience in the job field. So if you’re sophomore or junior and there is something up here for you filled out an application. The labs up here get you prepared for college and going into the career field.
What OHP has to offer for you is that it has hands-on learning and bigger responsibilities. It also allows you to be seen more as an adult because you have more freedom to express yourself. I think OHP has let me be more open to being more creative. With my lab I get to show my creativity with my videos and photos I make in my lab. This expression allows me to see my potential in a future career. I believe everyone should take up this opportunity to be a shining star because Ohio Hi-Point can help you succeed in being out there and open.
